Send a Digital Impression

We accept STL files from most major digital impression systems. Choose your digital impression scanner from our provided list below and follow the instructions to connect your scanner directly to JR Dental Laboratory, Inc. If you have any issues or questions, please call us at 719-635-1107.

Cerec

- Create or Login to your CEREC Connect account
- Select “MY CEREC CONNECT”
- Type “JR Dental Lab” in the box for Company Name
- Click FIND
- Check the box to the bottom left for "JR Dental Lab”
- Click ADD to complete the registration

Trios

- Go to us.3shapecommunicate.com in a web browser
- Connect with JR Dental Lab by searching probe@jrdentallab.com
- After connecting to us as a Lab, select JR Dental Lab when sending files

3M^™ True Definition Scanner

- Call 3M^™ support at 800-634-2249 select Option 3
- Select Option 1 and request support JR Dental Lab be added to your scanner
- 3M^™ will then confirm with JR Dental Lab and add connection remotely

E4D-Planmeca Planscan

- Select Find a lab option on your scanner
- Search for either JR Dental Lab or probe@jrdentallab.com
- Add JR Dental Lab
- Select JR Dental Lab when submitting scans

Carestream

Option 1
- Email JR Dental Lab at probe@jrdentallab.com
Option 2
- Visit Carestream Connect on your scanner
- Search for JR Dental Lab
- Add JR Dental Lab
- Select JR Dental Lab when submitting scans raw STL files
- Email JR Dental Lab at probe@jrdentallab.com
